Cancellation before delivery: You are allowed to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. We send an email when we have purchased shipping, if you did not get an email with tracking information, then you have time to cancel your order. Email your cancellation using this form.
We have a 90 day return policy from date of purchase.

If you checked out as a guest, but want to create your own return label, create an account using the same name, email and shipping address that you used to purchase. You will then be able to create a FREE return label without contacting us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you did not and don't want to create an account, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is confirmed, we’ll send you a FREE return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be reviewed.

You love it but it is not quite right - then PLEASE WRITE a note in your return or contact us. Include in your note the size/color/design for which you would like to exchange with your purchase. Exchanges must be of equal value. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you have mailed the return with the FREE label, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Contact us or send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "Clear the Deck" sale items or gift cards. Discounted items from the other departments can be returned for refund of the purchase price.
Returns and Exchanges must arrive in salable condition. Damage, including cologne will be deducted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

We process orders Daily in Nov, Dec, Apr, May, June, July.
We process orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday in other months.
FREE shipping is via USPS to your mailbox, not your front door.
We ship from Florida to USA only. Shipping will be 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
If you are outside USA use a Freight Forwarder to deliver to your Country.
