Economy First Class United States Postal Service 5 to 8 day delivery is FREE.

You Can upgrade in the check out if you would like Priority United States Postal Service 3 to 5 day delivery for an extra charge.

Orders placed on Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Our apparel is shipped from Florida via USPS first class to your mailbox - not your front doorIn the check out, enter your zip code to upgrade to priority USPS for faster service. No carrier will guarantee the delivery date in the 2021 Christmas season due to added volume and COVID considerations.

Missing Packages:
Our apparel is shipped from Florida via USPS first class to your mailbox - not your front door. If your package is missing we will report it first to USPS then possibly the Postal Inspector. You will be asked to check with housemates and neighbors for a mis-delivered package.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately using the Contact Form. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we may ask for photos to be emailed so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If requested, you send a photo if the flaw can be captured, you may not have to return the item to get refunded or replaced.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless there are defects. There are no returns on gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds are refunded to your original method of payment: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 
Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the receipt of the unused, re-salable purchase (tags attached). Funds will be credited to your account within 7 days depending upon payment method. Exchanges will be accommodated when the item is received in re-salable condition.
